Class Descriptions
Gluteus Maxout
This calorie-scorching, strength-building workout uses resistance bands and dumbbells to build your best legs and glutes. You'll go through a range of strength movements, including a variety of squats, lunges and deadlifts. This class is for all levels but these moves are meant to challenge you -- and you'll likely be sore later.
Sweat Sesh
By training with free weights, resistance bands, and body weight, this 45 minute full body workout is an exciting range of strengthening, balance and core exercises that will help to improve your cardiovascular health.
Total Body Sculpt
This class is designed to develop your full body STRENGTH! Each class includes 6-8 strength exercises with perfect form and control to hit the whole body. Plus, we always end with a finisher exercise to make sure you leave with those post-workout endorphins rushing round your body!
Power Hour
An upper-body workout guided by an instructor and designed to shred your chest, shoulders, and triceps.
Curls and Crunches
An upper-body workout guided by an instructor and designed to shred your chest, shoulders, and triceps.
Mommy & Me
Helps little movers build confidence through independence and group participation. As classes progress, positive reinforcement opens pathways to individual accomplishment. The more they move, the more independent they become. Get stronger as they grow and learn exercises to get your pelvic floor and core stronger postpartum.
Box 'N Burn
Our boxing classes offer a high-intensity and full-body workout that will help you build strength, endurance and confidence. Led by experienced and certified trainers, these classes will provide a challenging and dynamic training experience that will help you reach your fitness goals. With a focus on proper technique, our classes will teach you the fundamentals of boxing, including how to throw punches, defend and move in the ring. Whether you're looking to get in shape, build self-defense skills or train like a professional boxer, our classes provide support and guidance you need to reach your goals.
Flow Yoga
In our flow yoga classes, you'll move from one posture to another following your breath. Through the flow of postures and breath, you generate a meditative state where you can focus on the present moment. Connect body, mind and breath in our flow yoga classes!
