Group Fitness Classes

Group training classes are a great option for those who enjoy the energy and motivation of working out with others. BFF group classes offer a group workout experience led by a qualified BFF instructor.

 

The instructor will lead the group through a set of exercises, often with a specific focus into strength training. Our classes include, gluteus maxout, strength, full body HIIT and full body strength. 

Some of the benefits of group training are the ability to learn new exercises and techniques, the camaraderie and support of fellow participants, and the variety of class options available.

Personalized Workout Plans

We are now offering a monthly Workout Library and Customized Workout Program!

 

The Workout Library consists of 20 workouts in the Trainerize app ranging from beginner friendly to using gym equipment.

 

The Customized Workout Program would entails one of our coaches building a goal-focused program based on your individual needs week-by-week using the

Trainerize app.

Pilates Classes

Hot Mat Pilates

A low-impact, high-intensity class focused on slow and controlled Pilates movements. Heated to approximately 100°F, this class blends classical and contemporary Pilates principles with an emphasis on form, alignment, and endurance.

Mat Pilates

A full-body workout designed to improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and balance. This class blends classic Pilates principles with dynamic movement and may incorporate props for a complete, full-body flow. Suitable for all levels, with modifications and progressions offered to meet your needs.

During open gym hours, you'll have access to our state-of-the-art equipment, including cardio machines, weightlifting equipment, and functional fitness stations. Our knowledgeable staff will be on hand to answer any questions and provide guidance, but you'll have the freedom to create your own workout routine.

Helps little movers build confidence through independent and group participation. As classes progress, positive reinforcement opens pathways to individual accomplishment. The more they move, the more independent they become.
