Q: I'm new here, where do I begin?

A: We love to meet new faces by scheduling your first class for free then meeting with you 1-1 to discuss your goals!

 

Q: I haven't worked out in years, am I able to keep up with the class?

A: Of course! Our coaches show alternative exercises or modifications to each members fitness level.

 

Q: What types of memberships do you have?

A: We have memberships based on the goals you want to achieve and how often you want to be in the gym! Our most popular membership has 24/7 open gym, access to all group fitness classes, and ability to utilize all of our amenities.

 

Q: Do you offer personal training or only group fitness classes?

A: We offer an abundance of group fitness classes but also offer 1-1 personal training with our knowledgeable coaches! 

 

Q: What is the minimum age for someone to take a class?

A: We ask that participants be 15+ to take a group fitness class due to safety.

 

Q: Am I allowed to bring my kids if I don't have a babysitter?

A: If your children are old enough to listen and sit independently, they are more than welcome to hangout during your session!
