Service Description

Helps little movers build confidence through independent and group participation. As classes progress, positive reinforcement opens pathways to individual accomplishment. The more they move, the more independent they become. Get stronger as they grow and learn exercises to get your pelvic floor and core stronger postpartum.

Cancellation Policy

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee for your session.
