Service Description

Initial evaluations are a thorough and comprehensive assessment of joint motion, muscle strength and flexibility, and movement patterns to make a PT diagnosis and treatment plan. Care with Complete OMPT is patient centered and looks at you as a whole person not just an injury. We set goals and expectations to help keep you on track.

Cancellation Policy

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee for your session.
